Our most refined tequila, this exquisite tequila is matured in French White Oak barrels and extra aged to perfection and produced in limited production. Casa Noble Aņejo begins as carefully selected Blue Agave plants, which have met our strict requirements for water and sugar content. Our agave plants are only harvested at full maturity and have spent twelve years in the ground absorbing the character of land. We employ only traditional methods and slow-cook our rich agave pinas for thirty-eight hours in stone ovens. Then, using only the core and hearts of the agaves, we extract their sweet nectar.
Our fermentation process is 100% natural, allowing the tequila to be influenced by the character of the agave, fruit trees, and other plants that surround our hacienda.
We age our Aņejo Tequila in new French White Oak barrels for two years. Casa Noble Aņejo has notes of chocolate, coffee bean, and rich oak while respecting the flavors of our tequila, including sweet agave, citrus, herbs and spices.
