Aged in former whisky barrels of American oak to
achieve only a light touch of wood. This allows the full range
of agave aroma and taste characteristics to be delicately balanced
with the oak.
A distinctively complex reposado subtly aged and with just
enough round tannins to give a solid structure to the triad of
floral notes, fruit and oak.
| Tasting notes |
| Floral notes, spice and fruit intermingled with cut
green grass, white tea, jasmine and tangerine blossom. Very
subtle oak imparts aromas of soft vanilla and custard.
Balance of fruit, florals and spicy flavors. Very pleasant
earthy tones with light touch of clove, mint and bay leaf. Very
clean and crisp with a delicate finesse. Oak influence is very
light and only tempers the agave without masking it. |
