Veneto, Italy Grapes are sourced from Bertani’s estate vineyards in the Soave district. The soil is basaltic with volcanic origin.

Tasting notes
Color - Pale gold Bouquet - Complex bouquet with scents of golden apple and stone fruits Taste - Crisp, dry and medium-bodied with flavors of apple, ripe peach and pear.

Wine maker notes
Grapes are harvested at the beginning of September and traditional white wine fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 57-60F, with 50% of the juice undergoing malolactic fermentation. The wine then remains in tank on the lees for approximately five months. Following bottling, the wine rests three months before release.
