This Extra Dry rendition possesses crisp, persistent bubbles rendered from stainless steel vinification using the Charmat method that tickle the palate. Abundant aromas of sweet white peaches and ripe grapefruit provide a vibrant acidity that is balanced by mineral notes that lend a slightly creamy component to this ample wine. This refreshing sparkler is enjoyable on its own.
