Mansinthe uses wormwood and other botanicals whIch are locally sourced and grown on Swiss farm reserved exclusively for the finest pharmaceutical-grade herbs. The distillate is reduced to final strength using spring water from the Alps. Unusual, yet natural green tint with light blue reflections. Slow forming louche giving way to a thick green/white opalescence. Earthy aromas,combined with alpine herbs and flowers.Initial flavors are round and savory with a full,buttery palate giving way to a balanced, refreshing and complex finish
