| This wine of 100% unoaked Chardonnay is made from the vines hidden deep in the hinterlands of Languedoc. The vines are nourished by a silt and sand subsoil, which makes the wine very rich and long on the palate with a refreshing finish. A delightful wine, very expressive of white flowers and lemon, with spicy notes. This liquid gold, a captive within your glass, is best enjoyed with seafood, poultry, and exotic cuisines.
