100% Montepulciano grapes. Malolactic fermentation followed by aging in barriques for 13-14 months and refining in the bottle for an additional 11 months.
Very limited production and allocation. Produced only in great vintage years.
Big brother to "San Lorenzo". The best grapes of the San Lorenzo vineyard are selected for "Cumaro".

COLOUR: Ruby red colour, with garnet reflections, intense.
NOSE: Intense, full, ethereal and very persistent.
PALATE: Harmonic, with hints of wild cherry and fruits of the wood.
