Perolla is San Felice’s nod to modern-styled, approachable wines. Located in Maremma, this 123 acre estate is planted with traditional indigenous varieties - Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Pugnitello. The south/southwest facing vineyards were planted from 1995-2000 on soils that range from pebbly, sandy clays to compact clay-silt.
