| To get the rich fruit flavors and crisp acidity, wesourced our Pinot Grigio from select vineyards throughout California. The sun-soaked afternoons and cool, fog-shrouded evenings bring forward the ripe sugars and well-balanced acids in this varietal. A majority of our grapes came from warmer inland areas, where the fruit has extra boost mango and citrus characters as well as a fleshy midpalate that we adore.
